How Can bad Odour Urination Be Treated?

My urine has recently started having a very strong odor to it. The only thing I can describe it like is when you are on antibiotics, but I am not on any. I was in the ER on Sunday and they gave me valium, ativan, anitvert and liquid potassium, but I have onlytaken one valium and one potassium pill since then. However, my urine has had the odor since then. Any clues of what this may be from?

Hi.. Thanks for asking Health care magic...

Urine may have strong odour due to Dehydration.. so drink plenty of water [3-4 litres a day].. it can solve matter..

If its not solved..Other possibility is you might be having infection in kidney or bladder causing bad odour.. for this you need to give urine for culture and sensitivity.. if infection is there you need to have a course of antibiotics..

Both Ativan and Valium are kind of seizure and anxiety medicines, antivert is medicine for motion sickness.. they are not for urine bad smell.. So please get clarified about this consulting your physician..

Hope i clarified your doubts..
